The chestnut posts are available in different diameters and lengths. The poles need

not to be treated due to the tannic acid present, which makes them very durable and

not burden the environment. You can keep in mind that the thicker the diameter, the

more durable the heartwood.

The posts can be supplied peeled or unpeeled and with or without a point.

The posts retain their natural shape, so that the posts provide a

robust appearance. Chestnut poles are generally straighter than robinia poles. The

thicknesses of the piles shown below are measured on the thin side of the

pole. Posts with a point are pointed on the thick side.

Chestnut posts can be used to support fencing,

gates or decorations for every garden.
